Intergalactic Party Co Pricing & Costs
£300 - £3,000
All of our bands offer the following as standard:
-2 x 60-minute or 3 x 40-minute live music sets
-A FREE DJ playlist to play before, in between, and after our live sets
-Full PA system and lighting rig
-A complimentary first dance song learning service
We aim to keep travel costs as low as possible, but for venues located more than 90 minutes from our Southampton base, a small fuel fee will apply.
Optional add-ons: If any of these options pique your interest, let us know and we’d be happy to provide a detailed pricing breakdown:
-Ceremony music (3 song requests: walking down the aisle, signing the register, and a song for guests to leave)
-1 x 60-minute set during your drinks reception, featuring a laid-back acoustic, live lounge style performance as your guests enjoy canapés
-Additional song requests not featured on our standard setlist
-Extra musicians (additional singers, percussionists, horn players, etc.)
-Speaker and microphone setup for speeches

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
There’s nothing quite like having the bride and groom at the center of the dance floor, surrounded by their loved ones, all singing along to the music and sharing in the joy. That energy, that connection—it’s truly a personal touch and a moment that never fails to give us chills!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Our process with couples is all about making their vision come to life while keeping things smooth and stress free.
Initial Chat: We start with a friendly consultation to get to know the couple, understand their style, and discuss the vibe they want for their big day.
Tailored Recommendations: Based on their preferences, we suggest the perfect band or entertainment options to match their vision.
Seamless Planning: Once the entertainment is booked, we handle all the logistics, liaising with the venue and working out the finer details so the couple doesn’t have to.
Personal Touch: We stay in touch, ensuring everything is aligned, from song choices to timing, making sure it’s all about their day.
Showtime! On the wedding day, we take care of everything so the couple and their guests can fully enjoy an unforgettable night of music and celebration!

What is your No. 1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?
Read the room and stay adaptable. A truly great band knows how to tune into the energy of the crowd, seamlessly adjusting the performance to match the mood. Whether it’s cranking up the energy with crowd-pleasing hits or dialling it back for a heartfelt, emotional moment, the key is keeping the atmosphere dynamic and engaging. This is something we pride ourselves on—all of our bands excel at creating unforgettable experiences by connecting with the audience and ensuring everyone stays on their feet, loving every moment!
Where is the most memorable place you have performed?
Southampton Football Club has been an incredible venue for us, with multiple bands delivering unforgettable performances to thousands of fans during match days and Christmas parties. The energy is always electric, and the atmosphere is nothing short of phenomenal every single time!
Have you had any interesting surprises at a wedding?
Fortunately, we haven’t had any surprises yet! But we’re always prepared to roll with the punches and ensure everything runs seamlessly, so there’s never a hitch. Flexibility is at the core of what we do, and we’re committed to making sure everything flows smoothly, no matter what comes our way!
