I had a wonderful experience at Feronya Hotel thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sonya, Murat, Zeynep-cagila, and Omer. Sonya ensured my room was always clean and well-stocked, while Murat and Zeynep-cagila were welcoming and efficient at the reception. Omer's assistance with my luggage was greatly appreciated. It was truly a 10/10 hotel. Food, service, rooms, everything was as it should be. The employees were very attentive, when there was a problem they solved it immediately.
