Our stay at Intercontinental Robertson Quay was amazing and the teams taking care of us from Door man, front desk and lounge services provided us with a magical and memorable experience throughout our vacation. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Club Lounge staff and Room Division Manager Rafeael Shah for making our wedding proposal and our stay at intercontinental a memorable, heart warming and enjoyable occasion. Good service from front office, very welcoming, polite and swift during the check-in. They even prepared a hand-signed card & chocolates to welcome us. Good location and has good spread of quality restaurants just a few mins walk away. The team in the Club Lounge is the best we have met! They are genuinely friendly, checks in on our table frequently but not overbearing and so thoughtful! Upon learning that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary, the team presented us a complementary tiramisuGood service from front office, very welcoming, polite and swift during the check-in. Celebrated my wedding anniversary. Thoroughly enjoyed the club benefits and was well looked after by the club lounge team. Was presented with a tiramisu cake which was a very nice gesture from the hotel. Kudos for the attentiveness of the lounge team and the food served was great.
