Outstanding resort, very friendly service, great restaurant. Loved the cold pool! The great hotel! Location is fantastic with a really stunning view! Personal nice and friendly. Service is just a great. Huge a free parking with 24 hours access without visiting a reception. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed very new and very clean. We had rain during our visit, so we enjoyed the pool, gym, and sauna.We felt close to nature in a rain forest.The village has many food options, but it would be more than a 30 minute walk. We had a rental car and used the hotel's indoor parking for peace of mind. There did not appear to be many other parking options nearby.The village was quiet when we stayed and had no trouble...We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
