Lisbon Plaza Hotel is situated alongside the exclusive Avenida da Liberdade and is a place of shelter right in the heart of the city. Inaugurated in April 1954, the Lisbon Plaza Hotel has always been in the hands of the same family. The informal atmosphere makes you feel that you’re in the company of friends. The rooms have been fully refurbished in 2015 in our traditional style. Designed to be a place of tradition in the hustle and bustle of Lisbon of the 1950’s, the Plaza reflects the city’s character.

Starting with the good. The service is great and they have free coffee/tea/hot water and filtered water 24 by 7. We are glad that we brought a water bottle with us and refilled that every day probably saved us 10 Euro per day because it is expensive to get bottled water in the restaurant. The location is very central to everything and we walked everywhere. The price is very reasonable. The room is very spacious but a bit outdated.Starting with the good. Perfectly maintained hotel and very well located. 2 steps from the metro. Attentive reception. Very clean room. Comfortable bedding. Very quiet hotel. A lounge with tea, coffee and cold drinks and an office are accessible to customers. The rooms are spacious and have the expected comfort. I stayed at this hotel with my family for 4 nights at the end of April 2024. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea and water. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the character of this hotel. The weather was great so we were able to enjoy time out on the 5th floor terrace. Location is excellent as it is near many restaurants, shops, parks and transportation. Breakfast buffet was delicious. It was always clean and stocked.
