Perfect location if you dont have a rental car. Walking distance from everything (furthest walk one way was 15 minutes to the Castillo Morro). Room was so clean and spacious as well as bathroom. AC was set to 68 which was perfect for the hot humid weather. Bed was comfy and the place was spotlessPerfect location if you dont have a rental car. From the moment I stepped in, I felt a sense of hospitality and warmth that made me instantly comfortable. Excellent! Best experience ever in a hotel! We booked this hotel for our getting ready before our wedding as we were getting married in the Old San Juan Cathedral (just steps away from the hotel!) The hotel was EVERYTHING we wanted and more. The staff was above and beyond! Very professional, friendly, and willing to help out. The service provided by their team was exceptional. Brand new hotel in Old San Juan! I just visited for the first time for my clients' getting ready before their wedding in the Old San Juan Cathedral— just steps away from the church! Its on a great location, rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. This contrasts beautifully with the colonial aesthetic of the hallways and common areas.
