I've stayed several times here and the service has always been great. It is one of the reasons I keep returning. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The lady at the Front Desk was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and it was a very relaxing experience. I have stayed at this location when visiting family in Puerto Rico and I always stay here because I know they take good care of their guests.The lady at the Front Desk was very polite and helpful. Great hotel! Very clean! Great hospitality!!! Awesome sized pool and splash pad for the kids! My babies had a blast for the 7 days we stayed here! Let me just say this first, the staff here is awesome. The premises are kept beautifully and the lobby as you come in is so inviting. I was impressed with how professional and courteous hotel security is. Im writing this review at the top of my stay because it deserves is from the start. The rooms are comfortable and clean. They have everything you need to stay connected and charged. If you are here on business, it’s even better. The hotel has it all. [...] Let me just say this first, the staff here is awesome. This hotel is one of the best holiday inns we’ve stayed at!! The whole place is clean and the staff is INCREDIBLE!!
