Our experience at Holiday Inn & Suites Makati was amazing from the beginning! Nona helped to check us in and she was great. She was so friendly, accommodating and understanding. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with great views. The hotel is located at an amazing spot. Amazing and relaxing place that has a lot to offer. Staff were amazing and very considerate 24/7. My family ate at Flavors Buffet and their service was splendid. Hermie, Dale, Edward, and Capt. Lim were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Everyone, even the chefs, were friendly.
