Manakau Lodge can provide a base for your wedding venue. The lodge itself can accommodate 12 people (8 in beds and 4 sharing bedrooms but on mattresses on the floor). Each of our 4 bedroom suites has a private ensuite bathroom.
Adjacent to the lodge on the ocean side is a large flat site that is perfect for you to erect a marquee.
The lodge grounds and gardens are extensive and can create intimate spots for other parts of the wedding, such as the ceremony.
The views of the Mountains are amazing, as is the view of the ocean.
We can provide a bay of the large shed that is adjacent to the Marquee site. This has plenty of power supply available. This can be used as a base for the Caterers to operate from, together with the Lodge Kitchen. We supply Portaloos and Rubbish disposal. We also have a large chiller in the shed for use by the caterers.
