We had a simply gorgeous stay. If you want authentic Mexican tropical surroundings, with 5* accommodation and phenomenal service, look no further. Having read some of the negative reviews, we can safely say we experienced none of that. Food is excellent (variety, taste, speed), rooms gorgeous with great amenities, spa is a DELIGHT, but what sets it apart is the service and attention to detail. It really is incredible. No request is too small/big. We went all inclusive and would recommend...We had a simply gorgeous stay. We were so impressed with our stay at the Viceroy. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and the facilities were impressive. The standout was the exceptional service by all of the staff who were extemely passionate about seeing to our every need. The food was outstanding and a huge thank you to Carlos and Fabian for making our dining experience exceptional. Highly recommend!!!We were so impressed with our stay at the Viceroy. The service at this resort is like none other. The whole staff goes far and beyond to accommodate all of your needs. They are always ready to service with a genuine smile and eagerness to make your stay more comfortable. I highly recommend this resort if you want to be pampered. You will not experience this type of service anywhere else. Thanks for an unforgettable 20th wedding anniversary vacation Viceroy!!!The service at this resort is like none other. We recently had the pleasure of hosting our intimate wedding at here and it was an absolutely magical experience from start to finish. Words can hardly express our gratitude for the exceptional service and beautiful setting this hotel provided for our special day. HUGE shoutout to Karla and Claudia (and the rest of the staff) who did an amazing job making our day special.
