Word's can't describe how phenomenal our experience was. We stayed for 5 days total and that was not enough. The service is fantastic, they really treat you like family. The aesthetic in the entire hotel is beautiful. Ocean front bedroom was perfect for us. The ocean didn't have too much seaweed. I heard from other's they encountered a lot of smelly seaweed but that was not the case for us. The food was incredible! Unico lives up to their name. Word's can't describe how phenomenal our experience was. We stayed for 5 days total and that was not enough. The service is fantastic, they really treat you like family. The hotel service was 10/10 all around, and we were especially thankful of LH Aguirre that helped us out the whole time we were there. His daily assistance was a pleasant surprise for our visit, and he wrote out a handwritten card for our anniversary. What a nice trip. If you're looking for a top notch resort with great service and amazing food, this is it. Our first trip down to Riviera Maya and it was awesome! The hotel service was 10/10 all around, and we were especially thankful of LH Aguirre that helped us out the whole time we were there. The staff were amazing! Our host Laura consistently went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we could possibly need! She was absolutely wonderful. Would give more stars if possible. Stunning location, above and beyond service !I had never been to a destination wedding, and never been to a hotel as nice as this one. It was a stunning location. They catered to every one of our needs. We had so much fun. The beaches were like walking into bathwater, and the pools were fun, the sun felt just right.
