Absolutely incredible!! Amazing service and wonderful staff. Victor was a highlight of our trip. The food and drinks were some of our favorite in the city. The hotel is perfectly located in Polanco, walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else.Absolutely incredible!! Amazing service and wonderful staff. The Alest Hotel gave me the opportunity to be located near museums, parks, zoos, lagoons, high end stores, and fine dining. Beautiful boutique hotel located centrally in Polanco. Rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the interior design of the hotel and rooms. Service was phenomal, especially from Victor who is the manager of food and beverage. It was a joy to chat with him every morning, he made us feel welcomed and made sure we had a great experience. For all the women traveling solo, the location is super safe. I went for morning runs and workouts at 6am by myself. This HAS to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed around the world. I would think I was in Paris for €700 a night. The location, the staff, the beauty of this place is 5 star.
