I am fascinated with this hotel! It is without a doubt one of the hotels with the best service that I have visited in Cancun Quintana Roo, the treatment of all the staff is wonderful, the food is very delicious and varied, the shows are very nice, the pools and jacuzzis are very clean at all times You can find drinks and food practically at all times, the beach is beautiful although there are many more beautiful ones in Cancun, the prices are comfortable and the facilities are very nice. Our experience at the hotel was exceptional. The pools were spotless and access to the snack bar and delicious freshly made pizza was very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Access to the beach was very convenient and we were pleased to see the vigilance of the lifeguards. Hotel security was also excellent. The wifi worked great and the web app for restaurant reservations made it easy to choose and coordinate our reservations, as well as view the shows [...]Our experience at the hotel was exceptional.
