Presidente Intercontinental Puebla, an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Sergio, Melissa, Caroline, and Ana. The Club Lounge team, Sergio and Melissa, were incredibly attentive and ensured our needs were met. Chef Benjamin's huevos rancheros were some of the best I've ever tasted, and the vegetarian in our group was well accommodated. Caroline and Ana from the bar were friendly and provided excellent service during our late-night visit. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!...

It is amazing to see the transformation of the Gran Hotel del Alba, back on the 80’s. The service, the food, the rooms , the Art, the pool- wow! Everything it is oriented to details and service! Congratulations to International Presidente team to continue to provide excellent customer service. Great members room. Perfect food at the end of the day after traveling. And our server was super fast keeping the beer glass full. Salut!
