ABOUT
During the years that we have been in Puerto Escondido, we have grown with the town and have been an architectural and cultural influence. Our intimate relationship with the surrounding communities has helped us find the best people to work in our hotel. We are known for our personal attention to our guests. Many of our employees have been with us since the hotel opened in 1981.
RESTAURANT
The beautiful open-air restaurant of the Hotel Santa Fe is under an enormous palapa overlooking the endless expanse of the Pacific Ocean. It is well known for its delicious food prepared with care and expertise by our talented chef. Our menu includes the finest, freshest seafood as well as delicious Mexican and international dishes. Our own coffee is roasted daily, and we are especially proud of our menu of vegetarian and vegan options.

The hotel's restaurant impressed me with its fantastic vegan and vegetarian options. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the pool was a peaceful oasis. I indulged in a massage at the front desk with Silvia, and it was one of the best massages I've ever had, especially with the use of essential oils.
