The only issue I had was that the shower water takes a LONG time to get hot. Everything else was fine. I like the location because it is not in the middle of the city, but close enough to get places. The hotel will get you a taxi, scooter, or car rental that can be delivered there. It costs more than going to town to get one, but if you want the convince, the option is nice. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view and balcony. There are two pools...We stayed here for four days in November. The only issue I had was that the shower water takes a LONG time to get hot. I did a lot of research and almost went with an all inclusive resort, but decided to the boutique hotel experience instead. I knew from the moment we were greeted at the front desk with a sample from their fresh juice bar that we had made the right choice! The location was perfect, just a few minutes north of the city - far enough away from the ports that the crowds and congestion of the cruise ships was a non-issue....We loved our 4 night stay at Hotel B in November. I did a lot of research and almost went with an all inclusive resort, but decided to the boutique hotel experience instead. I knew from the moment we were greeted at the front desk with a sample from their fresh juice bar that we had made the right choice! First time in Cozumel and everything in town looked pretty run down or under renovation when I was trying to book. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the service was excellent. Daniel and Marco took great care of us. The stunning pool views and being able to snorkel right off the dock were great. The bar/restaurant was great and we loved the free breakfast. There are a few small beaches and some good food about 10min walking distance north...I can’t say enough good things about Hotel B. First time in Cozumel and everything in town looked pretty run down or under renovation when I was trying to book. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the service was excellent. We are not really the all inclusive giant resort type. We definitely felt that it lived up to our expectation. The service was impeccable.The staff was not only friendly and consistently had genuine smiles, but were very helpful, personable,and accommodating.Marco at the front of the house helped us troubleshoot our plans for the day when we were disappointed by an unexpected cancellation...We chose Hotel B because it seemed to have great reviews and the pictures made it look really appealing. We are not really the all inclusive giant resort type. We definitely felt that it lived up to our expectation.
