Everyone we encountered at this resort was amazingEveryone we encountered at this resort was amazing
We were at The Hard Rock in November for our daughter's wedding and had the most amazing stay. We came a week before the wedding and were treated so well by all the staff. Juan our server at the pool was so kind and friendly, Samuel and Adriana at the Sun bar also friendly and service was amazing. These were just a few of the staff that we got to know but, everyone we encountered at this resort was amazing. We were at The Hard Rock in November for our daughter's wedding and had the most amazing stay. We came a week before the wedding and were treated so well by all the staff. We just had our wedding at Hard Rock Vallarta. We had a fantastic time. I can’t compliment the staff enough. Anywhere we went to eat we were waited on promptly and the staff were all very kind. Room was clean, large and had an amazing view. Drinks by the pool always came quickly. We’re heading back for our honeymoon. We just had our wedding at Hard Rock Vallarta. We had a fantastic time. Had an amazing time as a guest for a wedding on 2/26/22. Everyone I encountered was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They made me feel like I was the only person there in a crowd full of people which is phenomenal. I want to give a special shout out to some staff that helped make my stay most pleasurable, I’ll start with Eric, splash bar server who was able to give me great information on some great things to do and people to meet.Had an amazing time as a guest for a wedding on 2/26/22. We had our wedding at this hotel in May 2023 and it was a great environment for our friends and family. We wanted to find something affordable for our guests while not giving up nice accommodations and this worked perfectly. We had about 60 guests and everyone enjoyed their stay. My husband and I decided to make a trip to the resort to check out the area before having our wedding here in a few months. Lorena and Daniela were amazing, greeting us at the front and making sure we felt welcomed. Rosario, who works at Ciao also provided exceptional service that significantly enhanced my dining experience.
