Arrived for the Webb wedding and were spoilt by location and service. On site restaurants are tremendous and the staff are incredibly friendly. Phenomenal!!Phenomenal!!
The Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit was Phenomenal!! We headed to this resort to take a look at this as a possible wedding venue for my friends wedding. The property is simply BEAUTIFUL!! Love the Koi Fish that welcomed us just inside the large open aired lobby. The service was spectacular! The pool waiters Antonio (beach side waiter near the buffet) and Gabriel pool side were always at our service! They were so attentive and very kind. We loved that they bright us chips and Guacamole to enjoyThe Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit was Phenomenal!! Grand Velas, the Grand represents their service. It's truly Grand indeed. Not the cheapest hotel but you get what you pay for. All Inclusive is ALLLL INCLUSIVE. No up charges for premium liquor or room service. It really is all inclusive. We booked this hotel for our wedding. And Grand velas did not disappoint. Our wedding coordinator was Nubia. If you are planning a wedding at Velas and she is your wedding coordinator you are in good hands. She's such a sweetheart and will do everything Grand Velas, the Grand represents their service. All I can say is wow. My husband and I just spent a week here and got married at the hotel and it was beyond both of our wildest dreams. Nubia is the wedding planner here and she exceeded all of our expectations beyond anything we could have imagined. She is genuinely sweet and helped us create our dream wedding from 2,000+ miles away! Planning a wedding is not easy but she made it feel like it was. From the private customized check in with our guests, stunning event locations, an excellent eyeAll I can say is wow. I had my wedding at Grand Velas and from the moment I met Nubia (wedding coordinator) via zoom meeting I knew that this was the right place. Nubia was there for me from the first day till the end of the night at the event.
