Abosulty great stay, we enjoyed a 2 night stay here recently and loved it. We've stayed in the past as well, we've always been given great service, rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a very nice experience for our 3-night stay at this hotel. Even though the hotel is old, it is quite well maintained and most importantly clean and pleasant. Our room was comfortable, functional, and very clean,. The best part was that the bed was very comfortable and the washroom had good water pressure and hot water instantly available. The worst part was that there are no laptop-sized safes in the rooms; in fact, no safes at all in most rooms. A beautiful hotel, very clean and good service. The location is a bit outside of the city center but taxi/Uber/bus makes it accessible. the service was excellent. the service was excellent.
Since we arrived in the morning the service was excellent. Checking in was easy, a staff member guided us to our room and everything was very clean. It's pretty close from the Basílica de Zapopan and is not too far away is Bosque Los Colomos. Also, the staff member who showed us our room mentioned that we had a 10% discount on the hotel's restaurant, and although we didn't use it, it was nice to know.Since we arrived in the morning the service was excellent.
