In summary, it was a fantastic hotel stay. The front desk staff and restaurant team were incredibly friendly, which added a warm touch to our visit. Especially the Argentinian guy which we forgot the name off! However, the breakfast staff could have been more friendly. The location of the hotel and the room were simply exceptional, deserving a perfect 11/10 rating. We were fortunate enough to enjoy a stunning sea-side room, which truly enhanced our Tulum experience. In summary, it was a fantastic hotel stay. I had the most amazing time at Coco! I have to say that the staff there is amazing, thank you Leo and Matias, the housekeeping crew and people who work at the bar! You made my stay very special on top of magical location and absolutely beautiful atmosphere. I want to go back already☺️ I had the most amazing time at Coco!
