This hotel has an on site restaurant that's open from 7:30 am to 10:30, serves good food, and friendly staff with great customer service!. The environment is calm and quiet, the rooms are nice and spacious, and it has a pool in the middle of the courtyard. I recommend this place for someone who has already been to Cancun and just wants a place to relax without the hassleNice clean hotel with good customer service. - SScott Christie28/02/2024Fantastic place to stay. Fantastic place to stay.Fantastic place to stay. You must know that you can watch people take showers from the living room. It's very embarrassing. The glass is see through and it is inappropriate and wrong to have this glass in a shower. Also, Beware like many two story homes in Mexico, the stairs do not have railings. Do not stay here if you can't climb stairs without a rail. Pool is great, service awesome. Nice to have a kitchen. The breakfast is skimpy and takes forever.Fantastic place to stay. A little out of the way but on the main highway to everything from Tulum to Cancun!! We got the two bed room and it was a two-story room!! Downstairs has a kitchen full with refrigerator, single electric stove (pretty cool), toaster, blender and even plates, utensils and cups, patio, TV and guest bathroom!!! Upstairs has the two beds, a little hard but we slept like babies, full bathroom with an AWESOME shower (shower shoots from the floor too)!!This place is AWESOME!!! Very quaint but stylish. A little out of the way but on the main highway to everything from Tulum to Cancun!! We got the two bed room and it was a two-story room!! We stayed in a junior suite, with a small pool on room, but I never got why was covered with some dust on it's surface, never asked, but I think it's to wash yourself from sand from beach, and from salt water but yet was odd. The shower was nice, never seen 3 keys shower, the 3rd for a counter shower (from down sort like a bidet in the shower) Everyone was kind and nice. It's really near Xcaret, 45 mins to Tulum (40 mins to Xel-hà).It's a business run by Argentinians, everything nice and clean. Their attention was superb and they even allowed our wedding party to get ready in these rooms. They also allowed the videographer team to come and the place is a gem. The location is a bit remote from the 5th avenue and beaches but they can help you calling a taxi. I greatly recommend this place.
