The hotel is spread out across 5 or 6 haciendias from the 16-18th centuries so the charm factor is out of this world. We got upgraded to a jr suite in the main house and it was gorgeous w/wood burning fireplace, four poster bed and large patio. Breakfast is out of this world. We also did lunch at their Resturante Parque and again, the service was wonderful and the food too. Lovely ambiance.First time here and it was fabulous! Location can't be beat. Only knock was our room was loud with music from a bar upstairs. Otherwise great location, service was 5 star, food especially breakfast incredible, and drinks excellent as well. Phenomenal service, delicious food, spacious rooms, and thoughtful details. Also some of the best coffee and croissants I’ve ever had. The location is ideally situated — walking distance from all the major sights and restaurants. Laura did a fantastic job looking after us and even got us hooked up with an HDMI cord so we could stream the Golden Bachelor on the TV in our room. I’ve been lucky enough to travel all over the world and this was easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Phenomenal service, delicious food, spacious rooms, and thoughtful details. We have been touring hotels and venues non-stop for three days and just had the most amazing customer service today from Lourdes Salazar. Lourdes showed us around the different houses and rooms and demonstrated exemplary knowledge of the hotel and the area. More than that, Lourdes was so kind, sweet and genuine that our entire day was made better because of her. My Fiancé and I are touring venues and accommodations for our wedding next year in San Miguel. We have been touring hotels and venues non-stop for three days and just had the most amazing customer service today from Lourdes Salazar. Lourdes showed us around the different houses and rooms and demonstrated exemplary knowledge of the hotel and the area. We could not have asked for a better experience! We felt right at home in our plush and comfortable room. Every member of the staff met us with a smile and called us by name… they made us feel like royalty. The event planners were beyond helpful and ensured we had our dream wedding. We couldn’t imagine having been married anywhere else. We will be back!… and now we want to visit the other Belmond Hotels as well. My wife and I were married at Casa Parque last Saturday.
