Wonderful ambience, humble staff and excellent ser

Wonderful ambience, humble staff and excellent services including indian dishes. Sea side Barbecue was unimaginable.Only improvement required is transfer on day 1 from airport to island should be within committed time line and check-in process should be expedited. Landed Male at 130pm, picked up for island around 5 PM and after one hour ride hotel still took one hour to provide room. Once all documents are shared in advance the checking should not take more than 10 mnts. And lastly departure day

Went for honeymoon, food out of this world !

It's been a while since my wife and I were there for our honeymoon, but we often talk about going back as we enjoyed it so much. We met some lovely people, the locals were very friendly and the food was out of this world. The accommodation was nice but was a bit worn when we were there.

Delicious food, beautiful ambience

Mesmerizing experience in makunudu island resort for 4 days and 3 nights!! Amazing facilities and beautiful ambience in the middle of the Indian Ocean!!! Beautiful blue water and white sand! Delicious food and a great water sports centre with wonderful instructors! All the villas with all the amenities and a private beach to have a perfect family time!

Peaceful getaway in Maldives

Spend 4 days at the island. If you want a peaceful getaway in Maldives, this is the place you should consider. The staff was super nice and hadn't seen anyone more welcoming than these people in my life so far. The food might not be to likings of many people especially from North India as you won't find any spicy Indian dishes here. The charges for watersports are reasonable compared to what other resorts charge but consider visiting other islands if watersports is your preference or want to see

Amazing place, very friendly staff

It's an amazing place to spend your holidays peacefully. The staff here are very friendly. I would like to mention Anwar who was at the restaurant. He was friendly. Food was amazing. Especially their Maldivian night on Friday. Being a non swimmer I had an amazing experience snorkeling. KD at the sports center was so good even if you are non swimmer. You can definitely trust him in the water. Not sure the experience is same for non Indians. But had very bad experience with scuba diving.

Amazing food and very good activities

Makunudu island is a home away from home. Right from the management to the staff everyone contributes to making your stay a memorable one.. The rooms are very clean and with all essential amenities included. The food is amazing and caters to all nationalities. The water sport team are very good and careful. We were there for New years, they organized an amazing gala dinner by the beach with about a 100 different food items prepared by the chefs.. a series of games for kids and adults and a nigh
