Great customer service

Price, location, room conditions (extremely clean!) and a great customer service! (I was late for breakfast and they prepare it just for me although the breakfast time was over already). I rarely found a service as good as I received in this place! Especially in Malta! I am extremely satisfied and I truly recommend it! It is in front of Portomaso so the location is perfect (heart of Saint Julian's).

The staff is very friendly and welcoming

We had a 2 weeks stay in this hotel. I couldn’t recommend it more. Everything was just perfect. The room was very clean, just like all areas of the hotel. It’s very calm and well situated, only 2 minutes way from Spinola Bay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, specially the people from breakfast restaurant.

Great hotel, great location, great pool area with stunning views over St Julian’s Bay. The staff were great. Rooms were modern, contemporary. An overall great vibe for a lovely relaxing stay. Looking forward to returning!

Service at a high level

A very worthwhile hotel in one of the most convenient areas, with lots of shops nearby, from food, supermarkets, restaurants and anything else you might need. Next to a central bus stop and right next to Portomaso which is amazing and has lots of high quality restaurants and very close to Paceville. The room very clean, the breakfast excellent and the service at a high level.
