Phenomenal experience

Phenomenal experience here. The newly renovated rooms are heavenly and the staff were awesome. Breakfast was also great.

The entire staff were so warm and friendly

I’m very happy I chose this hotel. The entire staff were so warm and friendly. Augusto helped me out after going through some set backs. His customer service was exceptional. Not to take away from any of the other staff members they were all great. The breakfast was perfect and Aman was super sweet. I loved my room. The house keeping made sure the room was made everyday. I never saw the person to give them a personal thank you.

Five star service for a fantastic value!

Five star service for a fantastic value! The hotel is very clean, quiet and the staff is incredibly friendly, professional and accommodating. Augusto at the front desk was wonderful. The breakfast experience was truly the surprise highlight. European breakfasts are typically modest but this (free!) breakfast (served until noon!) is not. Meriam and Jesus went above and beyond offering warm and attentive service.

A very good option to enjoy Florence in a decent budget. Pros: VERY good & safe location, everything was close (walking distance), a safe area, a quiet area. The staff was VERY helpful, and it was clear that they were going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Quite rooms, with VERY clean, good bathrooms. I would recommend this from a quiet weekend to a multi-day stay. Very satisfied.

the location was great

We went here after we left another hotel because the air conditioning didn’t work, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed here for one night as our last night in Florence unexpectedly, and the location was great because it was really close to the other hotel, and there were interesting things to do around it. They also, like other hotels, had great little candies at the reception desk. Would go here again
