This hotel was the beautiful, romantic, casual gem art hotel in the beautiful, romantic city I wanted 😍. Everyone was lovely, the room was adorable, the free breakfast was delicious and served in the most stunning space 😍 and the woman in charge of running breakfast was so sweet. The complaints about breakfast on here are rediculous, some people really just shouldn't travel 🙄. The eggs were actually crazy good, and beautiful pastries and tarts, and VEGETABLES...

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s beautiful inside, the tower has an incredible view, the breakfast was fantastic, and it’s located in an area that is easily walkable to most everything.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The whole place is filled with history. Don’t miss the tower bar in the evening….you can’t beat the views. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional - everyone from the front desk to the folks at breakfast. PS the breakfast was amazing! Some of the best we had anywhere in Italy! The croissants and pastries were delicious, the coffee was on point, and the breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive. If I’m in Florence again, I’ll be staying there!
