Simply sublime, unexpected flavours, attention to detail, portions neither abundant nor small but just right for both a man and a woman. Everything excellent. Well maintained and cared for structure, rooms (at least the suite) large, tidy, quiet and spotless, like the whole structure. The dinner service is offered either with a fixed or à la carte menu, accompanied by an excellent wine list... all very good and correct portions. Breakfast was fair and plentiful. The food is composed of only top quality ingredients, surprisingly creative an delicious! I and my husbad, restaurant owners our selves, had 4 corses each and it was all invredible.
