The staff are very efficient and you are always greeted with a smile particularly at breakfast and dinner. We enjoy Italian food but this was a "step above" - breakfast was served on the roof terrace and there was loads of choice but dinner was the "star of the show" where the food quality and service was "second to none". My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Kristal Palace in mid August 2023 and enjoyed a wonderful stay.
