All the staff was polite and responsive, the food at both the breakfast and dinner spots were great. They also dropped notes regarding events and checkout tips. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the pool area was a lovely touch. The only "down-side" would be the location, as it is quite a hike up the hill from the main area. In my opinion very much worth it, but it could be challenging if you struggle with mobility.Wonderful experience! We had a great time here during our stay in Sorrento. They were super accommodating and said yes to everything we asked for. Our room was stunning (Surya suite) with the most amazing views of Mt. Vesuvius. The location is excellent and only a short 10 minutes walk to the city center. Highly recommended!One of the best hotel stays we’ve had in Italy.
