Chef Alberto Melagrana knows how to enhance the uniqueness of this product by offering quality, simple and intense dishes.
From May to September you can eat outdoors on our terrace, savoring our delicacies in front of a unique panorama.
Our menu is updated every season and our chefs will surprise you with harmonious combinations of truffles and other ingredients.
The restaurant is a historic business, the Melagrana family has taken care of every detail over time, you can enjoy cutting-edge cuisine while taking a dive into the past.
The terrace
This large outdoor space is available from May to September to organize different types of events: banquets, receptions, ceremonies, weddings and dancing evenings. And in the evening it is the ideal place for a relaxing aperitif, always accompanied by an excellent glass of wine.

Shared 3 courses, friendly staff helped with sharing and our lack of Italian. We had pasta with truffles and a wonderful chicken supreme rolled in crust with truffles and kale. We reserved the cave for the birthday of my boyfriend, and it was more than perfect. We were completely alone in the cave with candles and surrounded by bottles of wine. The chef was amazing and made some splendid food with truffle. He even made a little cake for the birthday. The owner of the hotel and restaurant was gentle and helpful with everything. Absolutely worthy 🥰Exclusive and amazing atmosphere. We reserved the cave for the birthday of my boyfriend, and it was more than perfect.
