Front desk staff was amazing. We didn't being the correct plug and they let us you a power converter. The hotel it self is amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa was amazing. Super accommodating staff, will return ! Super accommodating staff, will return !
The staff was super accommodating. One of them he goes by the name of Pape !! He went above and beyond. He was very helpful in helping us find restaurants, keeping our group of 9 fully engaged in historical conversations. I rarely write reviews but Pape was so great that I had to. If you are interested in travelling to Iceland (you should) I highly recommend ping booth appartments. I really wish everyone gets to experience Pape and his awesome customer service. I definitely will return.The staff was super accommodating. One of them he goes by the name of Pape !! He went above and beyond. Best location in Reykjavik! Right at the heart of the city. Close to bus stops if you’re not driving. So convenient. All other places are so accessible. Room is clean and spacious. Highly recommend, top notch staff and services Highly recommend, top notch staff and services
From the moment I entered until I left, the staff and services were top notch. Mohammad, the front desk clerk, was fabulous at check in. Made me feel very welcome and was quite knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast buffet is dynamite. Dagmar, the breakfast server, is over the top friendly, professional, accommodating, and a VERY hard worker. She does an incredible job running the entire dining room. If you like a nice clean hotel book here. The location is perfect for popping into town the back to the hotel if you forget anything. The hotel is modern and smart which is something we looked for when compared to other hotels in the area for the price. The room was well equipped but the lighting situation was strange and was dark at times.If you like a nice clean hotel book here. A discreet boutique style hotel in the centre of Reykjavik. As soon as you walk through the door, the atmosphere is calming and tastefully decorated in comfortable and stylish decor. Staff are really helpful and accommodating. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious, complete with robes and slippers. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, which should please everyone.
