The entire hotel can be rented for events, but smaller groups can also have smaller events together.
The Calor restaurant is ideal for parties and any type of gathering such as anniversaries, wedding parties, confirmations or birthdays. Inside the restaurant is a separate hall that seats up to 30 people, which is suitable for smaller groups, meetings, presentations or lectures. The view there is simply magnificent, but the restaurant has glass walls on all sides and large balconies to both the south and the north.

The dinner on the top floor restaurant with panoramic views was the best meal we had in Iceland! We were given a free upgrade to a bigger room at no charge. Breakfast was perfect. Apparently it is a recently refurbished building that used to be a housewives school. The history of the building is illustrated throughout the hotel. The hotel has all the necessary comfort, very good beds, friendly personnel and in the immediate facility there is ample opportunity for walks and hikes. We stayed here for two nights. Breakfast is very nice and complete with continental/english/nordic breakfast options...Supernice hotel in a tranquil location, not too far away from Reykjavik. Room big, clean and big bathroom. This hotel not so far from the ring road. It’s facing north and that’s good for northern lights.Great hotel and fantastic staff. Breakfast was average. Highly recommend having dinner in the hotel restaurant. Our group was thoroughly impressed with the menu and food. We chose to have our “nice dinner” at the hotel restaurant and are so glad we did. The staff at this hotel were simply amazing. Thank you everyone who made our stay excellent. Chambres : Nice size rooms. Activités à proximité : Hotel is fairly remote. Recommend finding wine or drinks...Hotel is really clean, modern and well designed. Rooms were a nice size.
