Hotel Breiðdalsvík cooperates with the adjacent Fish Factory venue for an additional capacity of 400 (200 round table). The Fish Factory is located in walking distance from Hotel Breiðdalsvík and features large windows with waterfront views and custom design pieces with local accents throughout, including the bar façade covered in beautiful mineral stones found in the area.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful and a nice place to drink coffee. People here are super friendly. All in all an absolutely lovely experience. We arrived late after the front desk closed, but the staff was still very accommodating to check us in. Not just that, when asked if there were any restaurants open nearby (there weren't), they prepared something from the kitchen which was already closed! Rooms were comfortable and lounge was very cute. Highly recommend this place.Had a lovely experience here. We have been told that this hotel do have them so we came here and try the IPA. Friendly staff and beautiful backyard.. recommend to come and visit. - AAstrid Satovich24/03/2024Highly recommended Highly recommendedAlthough we’ve been the only guests in the hotel during low season, we’ve been warmly welcomed by the staff and immediately felt home. Our room was super clean and nicely made up, we could use the hot tub and sauna and were served the best dinner so far on our trip! Highly recommended to order the fish as it’s been fresh out of the sea; plus the beer from the local brewery was great. They did every effort at the breakfast for just the two of us and we never felt lonely in this hotel. Although we’ve been the only guests in the hotel during low season, we’ve been warmly welcomed by the staff and immediately felt home. Our room was super clean and nicely made up, we could use the hot tub and sauna and were served the best dinner so far on our trip! Highly recommended to order the fish as it’s been fresh out of the sea; plus the beer from the local brewery was great. They did every effort at the breakfast for just the two of us and we never felt lonely in this hotel.

What made our trip were the staff. We are still in awe with the service provided by two servers who ‘danced thru’ serving a FULL restaurant including a large bus group with complete control. The food was fantastic. Served hot and delicious. Our server made the perfect recommendations. They were responsive, kind and more efficient than many high end largely staffed Romantic get-away. Lodge experience with lovely sitting areas in common spaces. Room was very comfortable with full shower/bathroom. What made our trip were the staff.
