Horetown House

We got married in Horetown House August 2024 and could not have been happier. Linda, Niamh and Tamara were so professional and lovely to deal with, we had a really relaxed day. The venue is beautiful and comfortable, and the food was outstanding. We would highly recommend 🥰

We booked our wedding back in September 2022 when we visited. We instantly fell in love with the place and everything they had to offer. I have no words on how beautiful this meal was. All my guests are still chatting about it being the best wedding meal they have ever had. That was a key area for us as we are big foodies. The chef Graham has set the standard so high. I am still dreaming of the beef and the strawberries.I can’t recommend Horetown House enough. The make everything so stress free

Horetown House is a very special wedding venue. Niamh, Linda, Tamara, Graham and the rest of the staff run a magical place. From our first visit, we fell in love with this place because of the warm welcome and at home feeling you get when you walk through the door. Linda is so hands on throughout the planning process and on the day which is very much appreciated for a Type A bride. Tamara was so helpful with all the room allocation and responded to any of my questions. She was so welcoming and friendly to all our guests which made the couple of days that extra bit special. Where do I even begin with the food - we are massive foodies and good food was one of the top things we wanted at our wedding. They smashed it. Our guests are still talking about it and have all said how it was the best wedding meal they have ever had. I am still dreaming about the beef and strawberries. Thank you again for the best couple of days. We cannot wait to visit again in the near future. Megan & David

My husband & I, got married this summer at Horetown House, and to say it was a wonderful experience would be an understatement.There is no ask too big, Niamh & Linda have you covered and taken care of, without ever making it feel like it was effort for them. Sustainability is at the heart of everything they do at Horetown, The fact that so much of produce is grown right there on the land not only adds to the beauty of the grounds, but everything we ate was absolutely delicious too!!Thank you all

All the staff here are so amazing and nothing was ever an effort. Niamh who guided us through the planning and preparation of the big day was so helpful and so personal she was always available to help with all our queries. On the big day itself Linda, Tom & the rest of the team were there on hand to assist with everything. I can not say thank you enough to how amazing they are. Nothing was ever a problem and the food was just amazing.

Put simply - if you are considering choosing this place for your wedding venue, we would HIGHLY encourage you to do so. First and foremost - the entire process of planning the wedding, from the moment we set foot there to view it, was made so easy and enjoyable. Niamh and Linda were always on hand to answer any questions we had or make suggestions, while going above and beyond to ensure our day went the way we wanted it to. They are efficient and professional while also being warm and friendly

Best wedding venue in Ireland. Niamh is the most amazing wedding planner and you don't need to lift a finger if you don't want to (which we didn't!) :) We left it all up to the pro herself - Niamh who knocked it out of the park on the day. So grateful. Beautiful classy venue

We were very lucky to secure a date at Horetown House on July 15th, 2022. It truly is a stunning venue, the grounds are breath taking, the wild flowers are amazing (which also are dotted around the whole venue, including wedding tables) and cellar bar (with Tom) is a gem

Beautiful old house and a great venue for a wedding, which is why we were there. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. But I have to say, my favourite part about this place was the amazing food they served. There wasn't anything I disliked in the 2 days we stayed there. Their chef deserves a Michelin star, and I hope s/he receives this message.

Magnificent. Love love love this incredible wedding venue. Had the pleasure of photographing a local wedding here at Christmas and it blew me away. Cannot wait to get back and hopefully in the summer next time. 5 star highly recommend. Daragh McCann at Stargaze Photography.
