The location strategic. The ambiance so warm, the staff so helpful and kind. The room spacious and i simply get relaxing during my staycations with the nice view and delicious food that i ordered. I wanna than pak Sudarmono the houskeeping'a staff was so helpful when he found my things that i leave and contacting me directly. Once you feel comfort with this hotel you will tell yourself "i will come back"The location strategic. The ambiance so warm, the staff so helpful and kind. The room spacious and i simply get relaxing during my staycations with the nice view and delicious food that i ordered. The breakfast buffet is something I look up to every morning during my stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for indonesian dishes for breakfast! The chef and servers really are passionate in their work in keeping the food quality is the best and the tables are clear. An honourable mention to mas kresna for sending & picking us up from pesta eventho there was heavy traffic & late at night. 🙏 Really appreciate it! Overall it was a good experience.The breakfast buffet is something I look up to every morning during my stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for indonesian dishes for breakfast! We had an evening training session. The hotel did a very good job. I can say this because everything from the computer projector to the sound system to the buffet to the coffee break to the seating and tables had zero problems. Clean and spacious room. Hotel crews and staffs are friendly and helpfull to recover my stuffs that I left accidentally in my room after checking out the day before. Special thanks to the receptionist ms. Diana who followed up and sent it to my home address. Clean and spacious room.
