All the staff were welcoming, smiling and available throughout the stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, the only downside being a little poorly heated in the bathroom and the toilet flushing is a bit messy and a shame to have to pay extra to have access to the spa. We are always very well received and settled there, in fact we are given a choice when possible. The staff is very friendly and the service is classy and efficient. We are recognized as loyal customers. Even if you can have tea with pastries (not much choice) we mainly go there for the aperitif. A real moment of relaxation.We are regular customers of this hotel's bar and we are delighted with this establishment! We are always very well received and settled there, in fact we are given a choice when possible. The staff is very friendly and the service is classy and efficient.
