It was a resounding success from beginning to end, and this opinion was shared by all our guests (110 people). We chose appetizers for the cocktail hour (grilled shrimp, mini paninis, etc.), which were very original and delicious! For the meal, we chose a salmon opera cake: very fresh and truly excellent, duck tournedos: perfectly cooked to a rosy pink, accompanied by an equally delicious chanterelle potato gratin. Finally, we opted for petit fours instead of a traditional wedding cake, and we thoroughly enjoyed them! The servers were fantastic, and the dishes were brought out quickly without any waiting, and most importantly, they were perfectly synchronized with the DJ and the entertainment!
