Located in the middle of the island, our establishment is open from the beginning of April to the beginning of October to offer you a cuisine mainly composed of seafood. We also regularly welcome groups for private events such as weddings, seminars, birthdays and offer catering services outside the walls.
LES PAILLOTES has also remained a warm place where concerts, events and various evenings have taken place in recent years since even today, once summer has set in, the night bar takes over from dinner every evening, often becoming the meeting point of many vacationers.

As for the view, it's just magnificent and unique in the area. Whether in the restaurant or the bar below, the view is breathtaking. The staff are charming, attentive and smiling. A simple menu with beautiful dishes, exactly what we expect from this type of restaurant, far from the tourist traps with extended menus. We enjoyed ourselves - between the starters (supions, eggplant caviar) and fish (sea bass and sea bream accompanied by small vegetables and dill rice) not to mention their selection of wines. Service also impeccable - small attention where they brought our daughter's dish first. They also had a high chair, very practical.
