This elegant Napoleon III building, built at the beginning of the 20th century, was inspired by the Folies (reception houses of the bourgeoisie) which were very fashionable at the time. If it was planned to be a luxury Casino-Restaurant, the gaming idea was quickly abandoned, only the restaurant would remain.
