The Peryot family has welcomed you for several generations and introduces you to Béarnaise gastronomy and hospitality. The cuisine is traditional and family-friendly, as is the welcome. You will discover our gourmet specialties based on local products: garbure, homemade foie gras or confit, to be enjoyed in the dining room or under the shaded terrace. The wine list will help you discover the surrounding vineyards (Jurançon and Madiran). L'Amandier has 3 large reception rooms (from 30 to 300 people) and can accommodate family receptions (birthdays, weddings, baptisms, communions), group meals or business meals.
