Located in Port-d'Envaux, on the banks of the Charente River, the Château de Panloy is an elegant 18th-century residence, perfect for celebrating your wedding in an authentic and charming setting. Built during the reign of Louis XV and kept in the same family ever since, this château has retained its period furnishings, creating a uniquely romantic atmosphere. Its bucolic park, woods, and gardens overlooking the Charente Valley offer a sumptuous and natural backdrop for your special day.
Flexible reception areas to accommodate all your loved ones
Château de Panloy offers several spaces to host a reception tailored to your style, accommodating from 10 to 300 guests. The cocktail reception can be held outdoors, in front of the château's magnificent façade. In case of inclement weather, the former stables or the grand hunting gallery offer elegant and unique alternatives.
For dinner, the reception hall, converted from the former horse-drawn carriage houses, can accommodate up to 110 seated guests. A marquee can also be set up to expand the space and host up to 150 people. This unique venue allows you to create several highlights throughout your day, from cocktails to dancing.
On-site ceremony and personalized services
- Ceremony: Organize your ceremony directly on the estate, whether it is a religious ceremony in the castle chapel or a secular ceremony in the heart of the green park.
- Freedom and support: You choose your service providers (caterer, photographer, entertainer) according to your preferences. The castle team can also recommend trusted professionals to simplify the organization for you.
- Accommodation: To extend the magic, two charming guest rooms are available in the castle, with breathtaking views of the park and the Charente river.
- Photogenic setting: The estate, with its dovecote, stables and river views, offers an exceptional setting for memorable wedding photos.
