Auberge du Pays de Retz

Privatization of a room for my husband's birthday this summer, we were very well received and advised for the organization of this evening! We did not hesitate for a single minute for this place because we got married at the Auberge 6 years ago. A big thank you to the entire professional and attentive team. See you soon! Where to start...? We spent a wonderful day there for a wedding in July (we were guests), the waiters are available and smiling! And the refined cuisine: we started with a succulent wine of honor with small appetizers and plancha prawns then we went to the table ... Noix de Saint Jacques, Tournedos Rossini, assortment of cheeses ... and to finish a delicious strawberry cake ... Bravo to the cooks, everything was successful and even the cooking of the meat was a hit with everyone! Very beautiful wedding venue, magnificent private reception room and the hotel right next door to accommodate us with a large swimming pool in which the children quickly threw themselves!! Small downside: no space for babies (changing, nap ...) in the reception room. But you can't have everything! For the end of the evening: we enjoyed the reception room bar and the dance floor until 2am, then we went to sleep at the hotel just 15 metres away! The next day, the bride and groom surprised us by booking a big brunch for us, what a great idea and once again what a success, a wide choice: pastries, pancakes, cheese, cold meats, hot and cold drinks, scrambled eggs... Enough to satisfy all the guests once again. We hope to have the pleasure of enjoying other weddings at your place! In the meantime, we will happily stop at the Auberge for a cocktail when we go to Pornic... Bravo to everyone, and good luck in this difficult period for all the restaurateurs and their staff. Go there and enjoy the place is Magical! Outing with our Works Council, we spent a pleasant day.. A very warm welcome and atmosphere. Very well eaten, the products were of quality.

I got married at the Auberge this summer, I recommend this establishment with my eyes closed both for the quality of the staff and for this magnificent place in the countryside of Nantes. A superb room with exposed beams, just as I dreamed. Thank you all, as well as to the hotel. My wedding is a success thanks to you. A thousand thanks.
