EVENT ROOM 47 m2 FACILITIES At the gates of Gijon but with all the tranquillity of a rural setting, the Hotel Quinta Duro is a hotel with an original and elegant early 1900s “noucentista” style that will please classic and connoisseur spirits as much as those looking for comfort and privacy. The main façade of the building features many of the characteristic elements of traditional Asturian architecture, such as an open balcony, a wooden gallery and a beautiful outdoor porch supported by columns. Inside, the house is covered in chestnut floors and wall panels on nearly every room and wall. The fine antique furniture, Mariano Benlliure’s sculptures, paintings and decoration create a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. We have made improvements to the building and estate always bearing in mind the special character of the premises but also incorporating modern facilities, such as a lift to the rooms, an on-site car park and complimentary internet anywhere on the hotel premises, so that our guests can enjoy a pleasant stay with us. Hot water is provided by solar panels. We use renewable sources of energy in our commitment to protect the environment. ROOMS Quinta Duro has 11 spacious, bright and unique en-suite bedrooms, 5 double and 6 twin. All rooms are carefully decorated and have garden views. Our rooms are equipped with: - Telephone. - Free Wi-Fi. - Television. - Minibar. - Hairdryer and anti-fog bathroom mirror. - Blinds and curtains, which allow total darkness. - Pine or chestnut wooden floors. One of the twin bedrooms (#1) is designed for disabled customers. There are also three superior rooms in the hotel (#4, 5 and 10).
