I love it because it is a 100 m from the beach, breakfast included, the rooms are big, clean, the fridge is cold, a/c works well. The staff is accommodating and bilingual. It has a bar and restaurant so you don't need to drive out for drinks or meals and amm are reasonably priced. Not overwhelming with tourists and most clientele are Tico, relaxing as a couple or with kids enjoying the tranquilo atmosphere by the pools or the beach.This was my 4th stay at Playa Bejuco Hotel. DO NOT PASS THIS GEM UP!!So just imagine, traveling 3hrs by planes, 4hrs by bus only to get to your airbnb and the security guard says there is no reservation. We booked this hotel as we were stuck stranded but let me just say I’m so glad it happened. This is my first time in Costa Rica and this small, quaint hotel really has set the bar for the rest of my stay here in the country. Excellent service, spacious rooms and freee breakfast and no not the microwave stuff we are used to in the states.
