Staff and Service are exceptional. The hotel is lovely and very clean. Completely updated to North American Standards. The food is excellent, breakfast was included. Both restaurants have excellent food and room service 24hrs. Lucia at the concierge desk booked an excursion for our group of 12 with very little notice and it was incredible. You were able to exchange currency at front desk and housekeeping was perfection. Staff and Service are exceptional. The hotel is lovely and very clean. We really are enjoying our stay so I decided I would write a review now. The hotel is super comfortable with great beds and excellent shower. The buffet breakfast is really wonderful with so many selections. The thing that makes this hotel so special is that they have wonderfully warm and attentive employees. Alejandro at the Nattivo Restaurant deserves a special shout out! He is incredibly warm, helpful and makes everyone feel so special. Bravo Allejandro!!! We really are enjoying our stay so I decided I would write a review now. The hotel is super comfortable with great beds and excellent shower. Wow! What a nice hotel, great location. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious to boot. Room prices are not too bad for what you get. We had lunch dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was the best with lots of options. Wow! What a nice hotel, great location. A very nice and well equipped hotel and conference Centre. The restaurants are very nice as well. Breakfast was great and the staff are excellent. The rooms are immaculately clean and spacious with great views of the surroundings and the mountain range. Bottled water was available at the reception on asking, but I believe bottled water should be made available in the room. A very nice and well equipped hotel and conference Centre. We only stayed the night but definitely enjoyed it. Typical hotel with hotel amenities and nice staff! The grounds were clean and very safe! They have an excursion desk to schedule outings but they weren’t there when I came in but I’m pretty sure they have amazing tour packages. Rooms were nice size!
