everything was perfected!everything was perfected!
Update: we just completed our 4 night stay at Casa Luna. We have had such a wonderful time here. From the super friendly and helpful staff, to the restaurant and the grounds, everything was perfected! We saw a lot of wildlife around this properly. Highly recommend and will be coming back!!! We haven't went on our trip yet but will update afterwards. So far we have booked with the help of Kattia. She was very patient and helpful with booking everything We are looking forward to our stay...Update: we just completed our 4 night stay at Casa Luna. We have had such a wonderful time here. It's a wonderful hotel with the best spaIt's a wonderful hotel with the best spa
We went to the spa 9 years ago and came back to Costa Rica this year and had to return because of our fond memories. It's a wonderful hotel with the best spa (couples massage is fantastic!)! The front desk is so kind and attentive, and very helpful in organizing tours and suggesting best options. I had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Casa Luna while on a solo vacation. Rachel and Melvin were very hospitable, accommodating and helpful. My room was very neat and clean. The spa service hands down offers one of the best massages and facials I have had in a while with an amazing ambiance situated by a river, combined with the sound of nature making the treatment a memorable and relaxing and experience. I would come back!I had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Casa Luna while on a solo vacation. Rachel and Melvin were very hospitable, accommodating and helpful. My room was very neat and clean. We had a fantastic time at Casa Luna! First, the receptionist who's there in the evenings - both when we checked in and paid the bill - is so nice and professional! I should have asked her name to make the message more personal but THANK YOU! Everybody else in the hotel, restaurant and spa staff is also incredibly courteous and professional. We booked our excursions with the hotel via WhatsApp in advance and everything worked perfectly. The room was comfortable, quiet and the shower powerful...We had a fantastic time at Casa Luna!
