This hotel was beautiful, private, quiet, and everything that embodies perfect for a vacation getaway for a couple. My partner and I fell in love with the hotel, staff, spa, and food. Their responsibly sourced foods, farm to table culture, and environmentally forward approach was a huge PLUS for us! We will be absolutely telling all of our friends to stay here and plan on coming back. Thank you Casa Luna!!This hotel was beautiful, private, quiet, and everything that embodies perfect for a vacation getaway for a couple. Our family group of 6 had a wonderful stay at Cala Luna. The facility itself was first-rate. The restaurant was excellent -- the best in Tamarindo. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. There was peace and quiet for those who wanted to relax. The front desk arranged memorable tours for those who wanted to get out and about. The hotel's transportation service -- Transportes Retana Molina -- made getting in and out of Tamarindo very easy. It was a great week!Our family group of 6 had a wonderful stay at Cala Luna. The facility itself was first-rate. The restaurant was excellent -- the best in Tamarindo. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. There was peace and quiet for those who wanted to relax. The front desk arranged memorable tours for those who wanted to get out and about. Stayed here for a week in March 2024. Place was super clean. Stayed in Villa. With a beautiful little private pool big enough for all 4 of us. Beds were above par and rooms were larger than expected.. the actual resort: the restaurant was good and nice tables out on the pool deck. Service was fine. Breakfast was good every day. Fresh fruits sealed the deal for me.. the walk to beach was short and sweet. Beach has both pure sand and rocks options with sunsets to die for... As the bride and groom, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect destination wedding at Cala Luna. Our celebration was not just a wedding but a week-long adventure, and this resort in Costa Rica took center stage. We literally took over the entire resort for our wedding party with guests from Atlanta, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas, New Orleans, and New York City.
