Mannnn I enjoy every minute of my Stay!!!💯💯👍🏾 They were very friendly and the food and drinks was ON POINT LOVE IT🔥💯🥃🥃🥃🥃🥃 I would like to thank everyone that I came across with. From the Morning workers to the night crew. I would like to thank the chiefs that put together one of the best meals I ever had. I will be back in February. Just a wonderful boutique resort well worth staying at for sure. Small and elegant everything the lobby, restaurants, pool, beach just 3 or 4 minutes from your room. The staff fun, friendly, courteous and willing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Costa Rica is a Spanish speaking country and not all the staff speak a 2nd language but is not a problem just learn a few words in Spanish or just use an App also there is always a staff member close by that can help out in a pinch ... that's Just a wonderful boutique resort well worth staying at for sure. Excellent customer service! There are so many wonderful people who work here. They ALL seem dedicated toward making you feel special. Wendy, in customer service, was a delight. She always greeted you with a smile and took care of every need. She is a keeper!!! You're lucky to have her on your team. Julie and Danny in the pool bar work were delightful. Even though they were pushed to the limit with drink requests, they kept smiles on their faces and always provided excellent service. In the reExcellent customer service! There are so many wonderful people who work here. They ALL seem dedicated toward making you feel special. Wendy, in customer service, was a delight. She always greeted you with a smile and took care of every need. She is a keeper!!! You're lucky to have her on your team. Julie and Danny in the pool bar work were delightful. Very friendly staff, would go back in heart beat !Very friendly staff, would go back in heart beat !
Staff were so friendly. People in general were very friendly. Our room was very comfortable, a/c worked well, water purifier on demand was super. Separate toilet was very handy. Love the wildlife (horses, dogs on the beach and iguana, parrots and various other birds. ) We got up a couple mornings very early and you can hear the howler monkeys on the distance. Very safe environment. Would go back in a heart beat.Staff were so friendly. People in general were very friendly. Our room was very comfortable, a/c worked well, water purifier on demand was super. I would absolutely go back to this resort again. The building and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. A lot of thought has been put into the architectural design of the building and all its interesting features. Because it is a relatively small resort, we got to know the amazing staff and other guests as you see them every day. It established a sense of community and was a very refreshing change from the larger sprawling resorts. I would absolutely go back to this resort again.
