Hotel Dann Carlton Bogota

The hotel itself is good, service was adequate for this type of hotel. What shocked me was that a 4 star hotel in a coffee loving country like Colombia does not have a single espresso machine anywhere on the property, paid or included with breakfast, had to walk across the street to get espresso.

Wow! Amazing service from the entrance to the breakfast/dinner staff. Level of service is +5 and Rodrigo and his team pleasant, quick, gracious! Food is delicious! Room service excellent and front desk thank you personally for being just so quick to react with some requests. Dann Carlton level of customer service is unbeatable.

I arrived recently and went to the hotel and I loved it, it has a smart location and a beautiful view, and it has very good facilities such as a work room, elevator and restaurants with delicious food, finally the people are very friendly and the service is good.

An employee of our company was a guest at this hotel and I had to arrange his stay. The communication with the hotel was hard. I had to call, write and even then I didn't receive answers of all my questions. I asked for invoice to a company in advance, but to no avail. At the end the hotel charged 19% over the initially negotiated price because the reservation was made on behalf of a person, not on behalf of a company, no matter of the correspondence etc. Very unpleasant experience.

Great hotel. Staff was excellent and the buffet breakfast was great. Housekeeping was accommodating to our needs. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. If we return we will stay at this hotel. Warren & Paula
