Great customer service. Great customer service.
This hotel is a must! Great customer service. Even though they didn't speak a lot of English, we never felt like they were rude. They went above and beyond to accommodate even with the language barrier. I would definitely recommend this hotel.This hotel is a must! Great customer service. The location is goodThe location is good
Rooms are very modern and the shower is very well designed. Hotel staff was really nice and there's coffee/water in the lobby which is nice. The included breakfast was very good; one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had anyways. The location is good too; it is safe to walk around, there is a mall within a 5 minute walk, and there are many restaurants around.Rooms are very modern and the shower is very well designed. Great hotel. We were in bogota for a wedding and they treated us so well. Breakfast was so good, the room was super clean, and the workers were very professional. Fantastic place! Was staying there with a large group of family from the US for a wedding. Service was impeccable, the rooms were clean and modern, the in-house restaurants were great, and the hotel itself is filled with flora and water features. Hope to come back someday. Fantastic place!
